Poll on the Future Role of Jeonse in Korea's Rental Market

A majority opposes a gradual reduction in jeonse, Korea's lump-sum deposit lease system, and says it supports housing stability for people who do not own a home. Views are more evenly divided on whether jeonse is also used as a vehicle for property investment.
