Poll on High-Value Housing Thresholds and Property Holding Taxes

Views on strengthening property holding taxes on high-value homes are closely divided, while a majority doubts that higher holding taxes would stabilise housing prices. KRW 3 billion is the most frequently selected threshold for a high-value home.
