Why Young Koreans Are Being Held Back: A Diagnostic Report

Young Koreans face overlapping barriers in employment, housing, social connection and family formation. The report argues that policy should move from fragmented cash benefits toward entry-level career pathways, housing access independent of childbirth, active outreach for isolated young adults, intergenerational fairness and regional opportunity.
